CERTIFICATION OF ISO 9001-2000 STANDARDS
On July 2004, Africam Safari received the
Certification of ISO 9001-2000 Standards in
the process of Guided Tour with Reservation
with or without Workshop, this way becoming
the First Certified Zoo in the World. Today
it has 13 more processes integrated in its
system, and continues integrating other
processes with the aim to certify every
process.
This challenge not only involves keeping the
certification but also taking advantage of
the continuous improvement, following the
quality policy: “Meeting our clients’
service expectations at all times…” to
guarantee every visit is a quality and warm
experience. |
