FAQs

 What is the Safari about?

On the Safari you will go deeper into paths resembling natural habitats where you can see over 2,500 animals and 350 species worldwide into the wild.

We are sure you will live a completely different experience from that of traditional zoos, as it is YOU who will be observed by more than 5,000 eyes.

The Safari can be gone all over by your own car or by one of our Africamiones for the same price. These feature a guide who will comment on the trip in a pleasant and interesting way.

If you decide to go on the Safari by your own car, you will be given a printed guide with information about it. If you want to go further in your learning, we encourage you to buy the CD with explanations about it.

How long does the Safari take?

The Safari is designed to last approximately 1 hr 45 min. But remember the Safari is only a part. There is also the Zona de Aventuras (Adventure Zone), which is covered on foot, where you will find many other species in addition to other attractions.

What can I see at Zona de Aventuras?

At Zona de Aventuras you will see different rooms such as the Kangaroo Area, a Butterfly Garden, a Bat Cave, the Suricata Turtle room, the Mexican wolf room, and the Red Panda room among others. We have several fast food areas, extreme sports, educational modules and workshops, and shows.

All credit and debit cards are accepted at our ticket office, souvenir shops and restaurant. But if you need cash, we also have an ATM at the park entrance..

No, shows are included with the ticket.

Is it better to go in the morning or in the afternoon?

We recommend you to be early in the morning so that you can enjoy all attractions and shows.

Is there a place to have a meal?

Africam Safari features a panoramic restaurant called Kilimanjaro as well as other fast food areas. But you can also bring and eat your own food in our Picnic area.

Can I touch or feed the animals?

As our animals are fed on a special diet, visitors are not allowed to feed them.

All animals at our park are wild animals; that is, they have not been trained and therefore cannot be touched.

For children who want to touch and feed some animals we have the Zona de Contacto (Contact Zone) where there are goats, cows, rabbits and guinea pigs, among others. In addition, you can enter walking the NEW Kangaroo Area and be close to them, and if you arrive at their meal time you can help us to feed them.
